2. Quali dati trattiamo

Dati di navigazione. Per far funzionare il sito, i server che lo ospitano registrano automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici, come indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, data e ora della visita e pagine richieste. Non li usiamo per identificare chi visita il sito.
Dati che ci invii. Se ci scrivi, per esempio con il tasto «Prenota il primo incontro», riceviamo il tuo indirizzo email e quanto scrivi nel messaggio: nome, recapiti e, se li indichi, informazioni su tuo figlio o tua figlia.

3. Dati dei minori

I nostri percorsi sono rivolti a bambini e ragazzi, ma i contatti avvengono sempre con i genitori o con chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale. Ti chiediamo di comunicarci solo le informazioni sul minore che servono a organizzare il primo incontro. Fotografie, video e altri usi dell'immagine dei minori sono regolati da consensi e liberatorie specifiche, raccolti a parte e mai attraverso questo sito.

4. Perché trattiamo i dati e su quale base

Rispondere ai messaggi e organizzare il primo incontro. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali richieste da te (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo. Base giuridica: nostro legittimo interesse a offrire un sito sicuro ed efficiente (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Adempiere a obblighi di legge, quando previsti. Base giuridica: art. 6.1.c GDPR.

Non usiamo i tuoi dati per pubblicità né per profilazione, e non li vendiamo a nessuno.

5. A chi possono arrivare i dati

I dati sono trattati dalle persone di MALEYA autorizzate e da fornitori che ci aiutano a far funzionare il sito e la posta, nominati quando necessario responsabili del trattamento:

hosting del sito: Cloudflare, Inc. (Stati Uniti), con il servizio Cloudflare Pages;
dominio: Aruba S.p.A. (Italia);
posta elettronica: Gmail (Google Ireland Ltd.).

Caratteri tipografici, librerie e contenuti multimediali sono ospitati insieme al sito: navigando non vengono contattati server di terzi, come Google Fonts o altre reti di distribuzione. Il link a Instagram porta al sito di Meta solo se lo clicchi. Alcuni fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dall'Unione europea: in quel caso il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle garanzie previste dal GDPR, come il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA, le decisioni di adeguatezza della Commissione europea o le clausole contrattuali standard.

6. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

I messaggi e i contatti ricevuti: per il tempo necessario a rispondere e a organizzare il primo incontro, e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che nasca un rapporto con MALEYA.
I dati di navigazione: per il tempo stabilito dal fornitore di hosting, di norma pochi giorni o settimane.

7. Cookie e memoria del browser

Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica. Salva solo nel tuo browser la lingua che scegli (italiano o inglese), per mostrartela anche la volta successiva: è un'informazione tecnica che resta sul tuo dispositivo e non ci viene inviata. Puoi cancellarla in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser.

8. I tuoi diritti

In qualsiasi momento puoi chiederci di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile, oppure opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Basta scrivere a maleyamalouselenia@gmail.com.

Browsing data. To run the website, the servers hosting it automatically record some technical data, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit and pages requested. We do not use it to identify visitors.
Data you send us. If you write to us, for example with the “Book a first meeting” button, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message: name, contact details and, if you mention it, information about your child.

3. Children’s data

Our programmes are for children and teenagers, but we are always contacted by parents or legal guardians. Please share only the information about the child that we need to arrange the first meeting. Photos, videos and any other use of a minor’s image are governed by specific consents and releases, collected separately and never through this website.

4. Why we process data and on what legal basis

Replying to messages and arranging the first meeting. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Running and protecting the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a secure and efficient website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Complying with legal obligations, where applicable. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it.

5. Who may receive the data

Data is processed by authorised members of MALEYA and by providers who help us run the website and email, appointed as data processors where required:

website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), through Cloudflare Pages;
domain: Aruba S.p.A. (Italy);
email: Gmail (Google Ireland Ltd.).

Typefaces, libraries and media are hosted together with the website: browsing it does not contact any third-party server, such as Google Fonts or other delivery networks. The Instagram link only takes you to Meta’s website if you click it. Some providers may process data outside the European Union: in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Messages and contacts received: for as long as needed to reply and arrange the first meeting, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a relationship with MALEYA follows.
Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few days or weeks.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. It only stores in your browser the language you choose (Italian or English), so it can show it again next time: this technical information stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to maleyamalouselenia@gmail.com.

If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
